Where do you ship?
Commendatori Jewelry currently ships Internationally

Shipping Costs
For international shipping we use DHL express. For US shipping we use USPS ground advantage or UPS.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During new product releases or limited drops, please allow additional time for processing due to higher order volume.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as occasional carrier delays may occur.

Tracking Information
Every order ships with tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Lost or Missing Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance to protect your purchase.
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at dca@commendatorijewelry.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Please note: once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Commendatori Jewelry is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery. For added security, you may request signature confirmation by contacting us prior to shipment.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered during purchase.

Extended Delays
In rare cases, weather events, postal strikes, or carrier issues may delay your shipment. If your order exceeds 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to dca@commendatorijewelry.com and we will assist right away.
