At Commendatori Jewelry, every ring is crafted with precision and pride. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. 

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your ring must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and free of any damage or alteration.

  • It must include all original packaging, such as the jewelry box and pouch.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-sized, engraved, or made-to-order rings, as these are crafted specifically for you.

Sizing Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. Commendatori Jewelry allows a one-time exchange for an incorrect ring size, provided that the desired size is available in the same design.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The ring must be unworn, in its original packaging, and free of any marks or alterations.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Taxes, Duties, and shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • Because each collection is limited edition, availability of replacement sizes is not guaranteed.

If your desired size is unavailable, we recommend consulting a local jeweler for professional resizing — most jewelers can adjust sterling-silver rings with ease.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or size exchange, contact us at dca@commendatorijewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at dca@commendatorijewelry.com with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom, engraved, or personalized rings

  • Made-to-order designs or special drops

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get your desired size or design is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at dca@commendatorijewelry.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
